Using the App on Different Devices

Lots of people have more than one kind of mobile device in their household, whether its Apple, Android or Amazon. Unfortunately subscriptions made through the the app stores of these devices are exclusive to them and can't be used on different kinds of devices. For example, Apple App Store subscriptions only work on Apple devices, and Google Play Store subscriptions only work on Android devices. Luckily, we created our own subscription system over at supersimple.com.

To use Apple, Android and Amazon devices with a single subscription, you'll need to create an account and subscribe on supersimple.com. That will allow you to use the Sign In page on the app (like how Netflix works).

If you already have a subscription and want to switch to a supersimple.com subscription, please follow the steps below:

Apple (iOS, tvOS)

1. Cancel Your Apple Super Simple Subscription

On your mobile device go to:

  • General Settings (the grey icon with the gears)
  • Apple ID (at the top)
  • Subscriptions
  • Super Simple
  • Cancel Subscription

2. Ask Apple For a Refund

If you still have time on the Apple subscription you paid for, you might be able to get that refunded. Apple is usually really great about issuing refunds quickly without a lot of hassle, especially if it's early enough in your pay period. 3. Sign Up at supersimple.com

Just go to supersimple.com and sign up! You'll choose your subscription and create an account.

Once you've created your new subscription you'll be able to sign in on any supported mobile devices:

  • Apple iOS devices (iOS 12 or later)
  • Apple tvOS devices (Apple TV)
  • Most Android devices that use the Google Play Store app
  • Amazon tablets (coming soon)

Android (Google Play Store)

1. Cancel Your Google Play Store Super Simple Subscription

On your mobile Android device:

  • Open the Google Play app
  • Tap the profile icon
  • Tap on Payments & Subscriptions and then Subscriptions
  • Select the subscription you want to cancel
  • Tap "Cancel Subscription"
  • Follow the instructions

2. Ask Us for a Refund

If you still have time on the Android subscription you paid for, you'll want to get that refunded. Send an email to appsupport@supersimple.com with the email address you used to originally subscribe, and we'll be able to process that for you.

3. Sign Up at supersimple.com

Just go to supersimple.com and sign up! You'll choose your subscription and create an account.

Once you've created your new subscription you'll be able to sign in on any supported mobile devices:

  • Most Android devices that use the Google Play Store app

Amazon

On the Amazon website:

  • Go to "Your Account".
  • Select "Your Apps" under "Digital content and devices".
  • Select "Your Subscriptions" under "Manage".
  • Update your subscription as needed.

Note: If you turn off auto-renewal for a subscription, access continues until your current subscription period expires.
