I'm already subscribed but I'm being asked to sign in

The Sign In page is for subscribers who also have an account with us. Having an account lets you use your subscription on whatever device you want! To learn more about how to create an account, please see this page.

Apple (iOS)

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, and you're on your device (or a device shared using Apple's "Family Sharing" feature), but you're being shown a paywall and the app's content is locked, tap "Restore Purchase" on the Subscribe page. This will unlock the app for you.

Google Play (Android)

If you subscribed through the Google Play Store, and you're on your Android device, but you're being shown a paywall please check that you're signed into the Google Play Store app using the credentials you originally subscribed to the Super Simple app with.


Amazon

If you subscribed through the Amazon Appstore, and you're on your Amazon tablet, but you're being shown a paywall please check that the Amazon account you're signed into on your device is the one using the credentials you originally subscribed to the Super Simple app with.


If you're in your child's profile and it's not working we recommend opening the Super Simple app in your parent profile, and creating a free account within the app. Once that's set up, you'll be able to sign into the app on your child's profile.
