Can I install the app on multiple devices?

You can absolutely install the app across multiple iOS devices, however this works best if these devices share the same App Store/iCloud login.

If they don't have the same login, you can follow these steps to share the subscription on multiple devices:

  • Make sure Super Simple is not installed on the additional device. If it is, please uninstall it.
  • Log out of the existing Apple ID on the device, by tapping on Settings > iTunes & App Store > Apple ID: > Sign Out.
  • Log into the Apple ID that purchased the Super Simple subscription, by tapping on Settings > iTunes & App Store > Sign In, then enter the Apple ID and password.
  • Go to the App Store and download Super Simple.
  • Launch Super Simple and tap on the “Restore Purchases” button.
  • Your subscription should be restored on this additional device.
  • You can now change the Apple ID back to the original one signed into this additional device.

Please note that your favorited videos and settings are saved locally and will be unique to each device.
