Offline mode

When using the Super Simple app in offline mode, your most frequently and recently viewed content will be available automatically.

You can also choose to add content manually by marking it as Favorite. The app will save your Favorite videos to your device so you don't need an internet connection to view them.

Marking a Video as Favorite

To Favorite a video, pull out on the star tab on the top-left side of the app. Then tap on the star of the video you'd like to favorite. Be sure to leave the app on for a minute so it has time to download to your device.

Making Sure You Have Enough Space

If there isn't as much content in offline mode as you expected, you may want to increase the amount of space you've given to the Super Simple app. This can be done by going to the Settings in the Parent Menu of the Super Simple app.

If you've already done that, you may need to free up some storage on your device. 

To see how much storage your device has available, go to Settings > General > iPhone/iPad Storage. This will give you a detailed breakdown of where your storage is being used.
