App isn't working in my school
If you're trying to use the Super Simple app in a school, or a daycare, and it's not working then it's possible access to the content may be getting blocked by your school's firewall. This can happen because schools will often have stricter than usual firewalls in place to prevent students from visiting websites they don't want them to see.
The solution is to get in touch with your school's network or I.T. professional, and ask them to whitelist all domains under *.mediabox.cloud
That will allow the Super Simple content to reach the app on your mobile device while on your school's network.
